Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to help bring sneaker culture to life by leading with energy, ownership, and purpose. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales results, coaching the team, and keeping the store running smoothly.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the floor, with a focus on customer experience, team development, and store execution in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor with energy and solution-focused customer interactions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
