You will lead training, coaching, and merchandising efforts while partnering with store leadership to deliver consistent results across channels. Candidates should have notable retail leadership and a passion for brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection.
• Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Deliver world-class, in-person training to all new team members.
• Participate in visual training calls with HQ partners to support new product launches.
• Upholds and ensures compliance with shipments, transfers and restock standards.
