Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Store Lead in Sterling, VA who will blend personal sales success with leadership of local teachers. You will also collaborate with the Area Manager to support enrollment and retention while guiding instructional staff toward high-quality outcomes.

This role requires strong sales skills, customer service focus, and proven leadership in education or retail, with a commitment to music education and team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of musical instruments and written music.
• Proven experience leading teams in education, retail, or customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for music education and commitment to student and teacher success.
