Job summary

Tailored Brands is seeking a Store Manager on Duty to lead store staff and execute sales, service, and operational standards. You will coach team members, assist in recruiting, and ensure adherence to company directives and branding across shifts.

You will communicate priorities, analyze performance, and drive the customer experience to exceed expectations while maintaining a positive, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail or sales experience.
• Proficient with technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to meet sales, service and operational goals as manager on duty.
• Coach and develop team, and recruit staff as needed.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to staff.
• Ensure store is set to brand standards and marketing initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer experience and handle escalations.
