Job summary

The Men’s Wearhouse, LLC is seeking a Store Lead in Santa Monica to partner with the Store Manager in coaching the team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will manage duties when on duty, open/close the store, and drive compliance with brand standards.

You will lead by example, train staff, and leverage store reports to boost sales and service metrics, while maintaining an inclusive, engaging work environment. This role is onsite at 1701 Wilshire Blvd.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to meet sales, service, and operational expectations when on duty.
• Model company values and coach team members to excel.
• Use store reports to drive business decisions and identify opportunities.
• Assist in training store staff on internal operational functions.
