Job summary

The Aubuchon Company is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to lead a team within the store, enhance customer service, and oversee daily operations. This role adds leadership, oversight, and advanced product knowledge to core store duties.

As a Key Holder, you will open/close, enforce safety, and mentor team members while delivering outstanding service and solutions. Forklift readiness and weekend availability are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years retail or hardware experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Forklift and propane certification within 90 days of hire (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and build relationships.
• Lead and mentor Sales Associates/Cashiers on operations and product knowledge.
• Open/close the store as Key Holder and oversee daily tasks in Asana.
• Process sales and returns accurately using the POS system.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and promote loyalty programs and promotions.
• Maintain inventory, assist with restocking, and support online orders.
