This entry-level role involves operating the POS system, answering questions, fulfilling online orders for in-store pickup, stocking shelves, and maintaining a safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail or hardware experience is highly desirable.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer-first mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to operate tools and machinery and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and greet customers.
• Guide customers to solutions and promote products and promotions.
• Process sales and returns using the POS system.
• Fulfill online orders for in-store or curbside pickup.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and monitor inventory.
• Develop product knowledge in assigned departments.
