Job summary

The Aubuchon Company is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to lead store-level operations, mentor team members, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage daily duties, assist with opening/closing, and uphold safety protocols while driving sales through expert product knowledge and relationship-building with customers.

As a key holder, you will oversee finances, help with inventory, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor. Weekend availability and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2+ years of retail or hardware experience required.
• Leadership or key-holder experience preferred.
• Willing to obtain forklift and propane certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service, building relationships and understanding customer needs.
