Job summary

CVS Health in Texas is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution, building customer loyalty through excellent service.

In the absence of a manager, you will lead the store staff, ensure opening/closing procedures and supervise daily operations, pricing and displays. 25 hours weekly; pay range $16.00-$23.00 per hour; benefits include dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
• Ability to respond to urgent issues at the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff and support store management to drive store execution.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while upholding CVS customer service culture.
• Communicate effectively with management and crews; supervise daily activities.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays; execute weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandizing.
• Reset departments following plan-o-grams and ensure confidentiality of customer information.
