Dollar General is seeking a Store Associate who can cashier, stock, and lead in the absence of the Store Manager. You will assist in maintaining plan-o-grams, ensure great customer service, and protect profits while supporting teamwork.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Prior supervisory exposure is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures including accountability and deposits.
• Ability to operate IBM cash register functions.
• Knowledge of cash, safety and security policies and practices.
• Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of safety practices and plan-o-gram requirements.

• Unload trucks according to store procedures.
• Receive, open and unpack cartons and totes.
• Stock merchandise and rotate displays.
• Restock returned merchandise.
• Order zones and drop shipment categories.
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in store areas.
• Greet customers entering the store.
• Operate cash register and total purchases.
• Collect payment and make change.
• Open/close the store under manager direction.
