Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to help maintain a clean, organized store focused on customer service. You will greet shoppers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and keep displays appealing.

Responsibilities include opening/closing under supervision, following receiving procedures, and stepping in as a leader when Store Management is unavailable. Strong service orientation and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting shoppers to provide exceptional service.
• Operating cash registers, processing transactions, and assisting with merchandise.
• Stocking, restocking, and rotating merchandise to maintain attractive displays.
• Cleaning the store, restrooms, stockroom, and setting up sidewalk displays.
• Following procedures for receiving and unpacking merchandise and maintaining planograms.
• Opening and closing the store under the guidance of the Store Manager.
• Performing duties of a Sales Associate and leading in the absence of Store Management.
