Job summary

RG&T Solutions seeks a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-focused approach. You will assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operate cash registers, and handle transactions while stocking and rotating stock and building displays.

You will support planograms, help set up sidewalk displays, and may assist with opening/closing the store under management guidance, performing duties typical of store leadership in their absence.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to assist customers quickly.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling transactions.
• Experience stocking, merchandising, and maintaining store displays.
• Ability to follow company processes for receiving and restocking merchandise.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced retail environment and multitask.
