Tharp Consulting is seeking a Sales Associate to warmly welcome customers, help them locate merchandise, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You will operate the register, handle payments, restock shelves, and maintain clean, inviting aisles and displays.

Flexibility to perform diverse store duties and contribute to profitability and customer satisfaction is essential. The role supports delivering excellent service while helping customers find and purchase merchandise, with responsibility

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to assist customers effectively.

Responsabilités

• Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, greeting, and assisting them in locating and purchasing merchandise.
• Operating the cash register, processing transactions, collecting payments, making change, and bagging purchased items.
• Stocking, restocking, and rotating merchandise on shelves, as well as creating attractive merchandise displays.
• Maintaining store cleanliness by cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas, taking out trash, and setting up sidewalk displays.
• Performing additional duties assigned by the Store Manager to enhance store profitability and customer satisfaction.
