Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized store focused on customer satisfaction
• Assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise; operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently
• Stock, restock and rotate merchandise; build displays; ensure planogram alignment
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Perform cleaning tasks: dusting, mopping, trash removal, restroom maintenance
• Open/close store as directed and handle duties typically done by management in their absence
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to lead in a team
• Assist with store setup and maintain safety standards; protect company assets
