Tharp Consulting is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operate the cash register, and ensure smooth transactions.

Key duties include stocking and rotating merchandise, building displays, cleaning, restocking, and helping set up sidewalk displays. You will also assist in implementing planograms and opening/closing procedures under the Store Manager.

• Ability to operate a cash register and process transactions.
• Proficiency in stocking and maintaining store displays.

Mansioni

• Stock and rotate merchandise to ensure availability and freshness.
• Build and refresh product displays to maximize visibility.
• Keep store clean and restocked; assist in sidewalk display setup.
• Assist in implementing planograms and opening/closing procedures.
• Take on lead capacity in the absence of Store Manager; support profitability and asset protection.
