Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read planograms and follow merchandise presentation guides.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner; total purchases, collect payment, and bag merchandise.
• Stock, restock, and rotate merchandise; build displays; follow planograms.
• Clean and maintain the store; take out trash and clean restrooms and stockroom.
• Open/close the store under direction of the Store Manager; assist in absence of management.
