Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience following planograms and merchandise presentation guidelines.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash accurately.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for customer service leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and assist customers.
• Operate cash register, total purchases, collect payment, and bag merchandise.
• Stock and rotate merchandise, and set up displays per planograms.
• Clean the store, take out trash, and maintain store appearance.
• Open and close the store under direction of Store Manager.
• Perform duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
