Dollar General Lead Sales Associate role involves ensuring a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. You will assist customers in locating and purchasing merchandise, operate the register, stock and rotate products, and help with store maintenance under the Store Manager's direction.

You will act in a lead capacity when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is unavailable, while maintaining policies and protecting company assets.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience preferred.
