Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and store culture at Garden State Plaza, Paramus, NJ. This store-leader role focuses on mentoring associates, delivering consistent customer experiences, and driving omnichannel engagement on the sales floor.

You will work with the Store Manager to recruit, develop talent, and implement action plans that boost performance while upholding LOFT's brand values. Eligible for monthly bonuses and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
