Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong customer and peer relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver a customer-centered experience
