Soma, a fashion-forward intimate apparel brand, invites you to join as a Sales Lead at Store 5213-Baybrook Mall-Soma-Friendswood, TX. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, model exceptional hospitality, and drive brand-aligned customer experiences that go beyond transactions.

You’ll coach staff, manage operations, and ensure excellent service while upholding brand standards and supporting store goals. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approaches.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, stock replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
