Job summary

Parachute Home Inc. seeks a Store Keyholder in Seattle to lead the sales floor and deliver a consistently high customer experience. You will coach the team, manage daily operations, and ensure brand standards, inventory control, and training are executed with excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, showroom management or related customer focused environment.
• Education - High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with sales floor leadership team is required.
• Retail visual merchandising and display experience is preferred.
• Open availability (Full Time, 30-40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays) is required.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds on a regular basis, and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Frequently physically active, including standing, walking, reaching and grasping for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver Parachute CX, coaching and feedback.
• Coach staff on product knowledge and selling skills to drive revenue.
• Ensure timekeeping, scheduling and compliance with policies.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and merchandising standards across the floor.
• Partner with Store Manager on onboarding and training of new hires.
• Communicate KPI results and insights to the team and act on opportunities.
