Job summary

Parachute Home in Seattle is seeking a Full-Time Keyholder to lead the sales floor and deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience. You will collaborate with the store team, coach on product knowledge, and uphold Parachute’s standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive daily operations, assist with scheduling and timekeeping, and support store initiatives while maintaining visual merchandising and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, showroom management or related customer focused environment.
• Education - High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with sales floor leadership team is required.
• Retail visual merchandising and display experience is preferred.
• Open availability (Full Time, 30-40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays) is required.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds on a regular basis, and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Leads sales floor operations and supports KPI achievement; coaches team on product knowledge and customer experience.
• Upholds store operations, scheduling, timekeeping and compliance.
• Maintains visual merchandising standards and brand presentation in the store.
• Resolves customer concerns and builds loyalty through in-store experience and CRM data.
• Partners with Store Manager on training, performance feedback and store priorities.
• Participates in trade and community outreach and events in local markets.
