Job summary

Parachute Home Inc. seeks a proactive Keyholder to lead sales floor operations in our San Francisco stores. This role drives exceptional customer experiences, coaches the team, and ensures daily operations align with Parachute’s brand standards.

You’ll work with store leadership to manage schedules, training, and KPI performance while delivering a high-touch, service-oriented experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, showroom management or related customer-focused environment.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience with sales floor leadership is required.
Retail visual merchandising and display experience is preferred.
Open availability (Full Time, 30–40 hours/week, including weekends and holidays) is required.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds; regularly stand, walk, reach and grasp for long periods.

Responsibilities

Lead the store culture and customer experience on the sales floor.
Coach and develop team, participate in staffing and daily operations.
Utilize POS and reporting systems to drive performance and KPIs.
Collaborate with Store Manager to schedule, train, and manage shifts.
Maintain inventory accuracy through efficient returns, transfers, and stockroom organization.
