Job summary

Parachute Seattle is seeking a Full-Time Keyholder to lead the sales floor and drive a positive customer experience. You will work with the leadership team to uphold Parachute’s standards, coach teammates, and ensure consistent brand execution.

You’ll be responsible for daily operations, KPI achievement, and system usage to translate data into improvements. A supervisor background in retail and flexible, customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or customer service.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading sales floor teams and coaching teammates.
• Comfort with visual merchandising and CRM basics is a plus.
• Open availability for full-time schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations on the sales floor and ensure top-notch customer experiences.
• Coach and train team members; manage daily tasks and KPI progress.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and use reporting tools to drive sales.
• Uphold brand standards, product knowledge, and effective selling techniques.
• Engage in community outreach and maintain store-level reporting.
