Job summary

Lids Sports Group, the largest licensed sports retailer in North America, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Minnesota stores. You will lead daily operations, mentor staff, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding Lids brand standards.

You will manage scheduling, training, inventory, and store performance, partnering with the Store Manager to deliver a fun, inclusive environment and execute company directives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while controlling loss.
• Strong communication and people skills for team leadership.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on duty for scheduling, customer issues, and store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
• Lead staff through training programs, set goals, and monitor performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, dress code, and brand standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Oversee store schedules, staffing, inventory controls, and daily cash handling to maintain efficiency.
