Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, oversee daily store operations, and drive sales while ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires strong communication, staffing, and training skills, with a focus on a positive, inclusive store environment. As a key leader, you will manage scheduling, onboarding, and performance, coordinate with store management on promotions, and participate in inventory

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs and set sales goals.
• Ensure daily store operations, budgeting, inventory, and cash handling are performed to policy.
