Men’s Wearhouse is seeking a Store Lead in Bloomington, IN to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales performance and creating an engaging, inclusive team environment.

You will coach staff, manage store operations, and ensure excellence in customer service while leading by example on the sales floor. This role emphasizes collaboration, operational discipline, and effective communication to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to coach team and achieve sales goals.
• Lead by example as an active coach and communicate priorities to the team.
• Assist in recruiting and building an inclusive store environment.
• Support execution of store business plans including sales, service and operations.
• Leverage store reports to drive retail decisions and performance improvements.
• Ensure proper staffing and training on internal operational functions.
