O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Store Lead to supervise customer service for retail and professional customers, and to coordinate staffing during peak hours. You will assist in hiring, training, and guiding team members to meet company standards.

You’ll support store operations with order processing, returns handling, and program execution, while maintaining compliance and safety across shifts. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification; Spanish language skills are highly desired

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Help ensure adequate staffing during peak hours and weekends.
• Assist the store manager with goal setting, coaching, and training.
• Assist in the hiring process and interviews with management collaboration.
• Handle phone inquiries per company policy and ensure timely order processing.
