Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability and willingness to engage with customers.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers.
• Strong desire to exceed corporate initiatives and inspire excellence in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• High-energy, collaborative management style.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Attend the Modern Management course.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service and establish relationships so customers choose our store over competitors.
• Assist Store Manager in implementing strategies to meet store goals and objectives.
• Assist in recruiting, developing, and motivating store employees who exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Establish a strong customer service/selling culture to maximize sales.
• Supervise CSR activities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in ordering, bank deposits, and daily paperwork.
• Attend monthly financial meetings with manager and district manager.
• In the absence of a store manager, perform all store duties.
