• Operate cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drop-off/pick-up area.

Job Opportunity: Store LeadLocation: Eagle and Amity, South Meridian, IdahoPosition Type: Full-timeFlexibility to work weekdays, Mondays to Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the facility and assist them with their drop-off and pick-up needs
• Receive garments from customers, carefully inspecting them for any stains, damages, or special instructions
• Process customer orders accurately using our system, ensuring all items are properly tagged and documented
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding our services, pricing, and turnaround times
• Operate cash register to process payments, issue receipts, and manage transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drop-off and pick-up area, including sorting and organizing garments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and smooth operation of the facility
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and confidentiality at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the facility

Qualifications:
