Job summary

Tide Cleaners in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Store Lead to supervise daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee drop-off and pick-up, verify garment conditions, and handle payments with accuracy in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and teamwork. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Sat 10:00 AM–2:00 PM; Sundays are closed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work weekdays, Mondays to Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Store is closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly as they enter the facility and assist them with their drop-off and pick-up needs.
Receive garments from customers, inspecting them for stains, damages, or special instructions.
Process customer orders using the system, ensuring items are tagged and documented.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding services, pricing, and turnaround times.
Operate cash register to process payments and issue receipts.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drop-off and pick-up area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders.
Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Adhere to safety, security, and confidentiality policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
