Job summary

Tide Cleaners in Meridian, Idaho is seeking a Store Lead to supervise daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee drop-off and pick-up, verify garment conditions, and handle payments with accuracy in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and teamwork. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Sat 10:00 AM–2:00 PM; Sundays are closed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, Mondays to Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Store is closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate information regarding services, pricing, and turnaround times.
• Operate cash register to process payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drop-off and pick-up area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Adhere to safety, security, and confidentiality policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Location: Eagle and Amity, South Meridian, Idaho

Position Type: Full-time

Flexibility to work weekdays, Mondays to Fridays, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Store is closed on Sundays.
