Job summary

Men's Wearhouse in the United States is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager to coach team members, drive sales performance, and uphold store operations while on duty. This role includes opening/closing duties as the manager on duty and ensuring strong leadership at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual with good judgement and business pulse.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals when assigned as manager on duty.
• Partner with Store Manager to open/close store and manage daily operations.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to equip staff.
• Recruit and embrace diversity to maintain an inclusive store environment.
• Understand store reports to drive business decisions and performance.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to development plans.
• Train staff on internal operational functions and company directives.
• Ensure staffing aligns with initiatives and supports the customer promise.
• Maintain a culture of learning and development and conduct regular store meetings.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and aim for high Net Promoter Score.
