Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned-into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals when assigned as the manager on duty.
• Coach and develop team to create an engaging, inclusive selling environment.
• Open and close store when scheduled, acting as the manager on duty.
• Use store reports to drive decision making and growth opportunities.
• Train staff on internal operational functions and company directives.
• Maintain brand standards and execute marketing initiatives at the store level.
• Foster an inclusive culture and motivate the team through proactive leadership.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and aim for high Net Promoter Scores.
