Job summary

The Men's Wearhouse, LLC is seeking a Store Lead to partner with the Store Manager at 4101 W Division St, Saint Cloud, MN to drive sales, service, and smooth operations. You will coach the team, manage opening/closing as the manager on duty, and foster a high-performing, inclusive environment.

In this role you willAnalyze store performance, communicate priorities, and lead efforts to exceed customer expectations while upholding brand standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Creative individual who demonstrates good judgement and is tuned-into the pulse of the business.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrates active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
