Dollar General is seeking a Cashier/Stocker capable of leading in the absence of store management. You will assist with plan‑o‑grams, provide excellent customer service, and help maximize profitability while protecting assets.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, operating the POS, and maintaining a clean store. Prior supervisory exposure is preferred, with relocation not offered for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Responsabilités

• Unload trucks according to the store's prescribed process.
• Stock, rotate, and face merchandise on shelves; build displays.
• Assist customers by locating merchandise.
• Operate cash register; collect payment and provide change.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Assist in plan‑o‑gram implementation and maintenance.
• Open/close the store under area manager direction; authorize refunds.
• Monitor cash levels; support cashier accountability and security practices.
