Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a dedicated Cashier/Stocker with lead responsibilities to support store operations. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, face displays, and assist customers while upholding company policies.

The role includes operating the register, handling cash, and maintaining a clean, secure store environment. In this position, you will also assist in ensuring plan-of-grams accuracy and provide superior customer service leadership under the direction of Store Management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and handle cash accurately.
• Experience with IBM cash register functions or similar POS systems.
• Knowledge of plan-of-grams and merchandise presentation guidance.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; build displays.
