• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with store leadership to create an engaging FP Movement customer experience.
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience and encourages the team to build relationships through personalized service.
• Promotes FP Movement events and drives engagement; supports event execution with fitness and wellness partners.
• Uses technology to stay informed on events and offers to improve omni-channel customer experiences.
• Leads and supports the store team to maintain an energized, service-first environment.
• Manages daily operations, shipment processing, restocking, and product placement while upholding visual standards.
