Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead brand ambassador efforts and ensure a compelling FP Movement visual experience.
• Coach and develop the store team to deliver personalized service and product recommendations.
• Support store operations, scheduling, and payroll to maintain daily zone charts.
• Drive omni-channel shopping and event experiences through MPOS, POS, and FP App.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to strengthen brand connection.
• Foster safe, inclusive team culture with timely feedback and collaboration.
