Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the store leadership team on creating an engaging experience for FP Movement customers.
• Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience through personalized service and product recommendations.
• Drives engagement for FP Movement events and collaborates with fitness and wellness partners.
• Uses store tech and events information to inform customers and provide an omni-channel experience.
• Supports daily office procedures, operations, and store maintenance to uphold standards.
