The role collaborates with the management team to supervise store operations, drive sales, and create an engaging customer environment that aligns with brand values and wellness partnerships. You will lead a team, share product knowledge, and support events with fitness partners while upholding store standards and omni-channel accuracy.

Qualifications

• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and reflect company values, creating an engaging FP Movement experience.
• Lead by example to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Share product knowledge and brand messaging with the team to deliver exceptional customer interactions.
• Ensure omni-channel order processing is accurate and timely.
• Support store operations, inventory management, and safety standards.
