Job summary

AT&T inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations in Orange, CT. You will work with the store manager to supervise a team, support merchandising, product launches and ensure customers receive best-in-class service and value.

This role includes coaching staff to meet sales and service goals, participating in training, and driving performance to exceed targets. A strong retail background in telecommunications and leadership is required, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
