Torrid Beavercreek is seeking a Keyholder to support store leadership in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. You will help open and close the store, coach associates on sales techniques, and ensure promotional strategies are implemented while maintaining a welcoming, well-organized environment.

Ideal candidates bring prior specialty apparel retail management experience, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to store management with daily opening and closing tasks.

• Assist in merchandise implementation while maintaining a clean store environment.
• Operate register functions and drive add-on sales through product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when leadership is unavailable.
