2nd and Charles in Lafayette, LA is seeking a capable Keyholder to act as a limited Manager on Duty, safeguarding store security and leading the assigned category team. You will ensure policy compliance, drive customer service, and oversee merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisor experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a category team and operate the store in line with company policies to maximize profits and service.
• Operate the store as a limited Manager On Duty with the management team.
• Maintain store security as a key-holding manager.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness and operational efficiency in the store.
• Train and develop Associates; facilitate cross-training for growth.
• Communicate with staff via daily briefings and weekly/monthly meetings.
• Handle bank deposits and cash/change orders as needed.
