Job summary

Eaze is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to promote and sell products while delivering top-tier customer service in-store. You will handle POS operations, cash, and compliance, and assist with inventory and merchandising.

The role requires opening/closing responsibilities as a keyholder and supporting onboarding of new staff. Prior retail or service experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required. Must be able to lift 25 lbs and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing to undergo Level 2 background screening.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation to the store.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products and deliver excellent customer service.
• Operate and train on the POS, manage cash, and perform safe audits.
• Greet customers and assist in-store, over the phone, and online orders.
• Encourage sales by engaging customers and sharing product knowledge.
• Keep store clean, organized, stocked, and signage updated.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder and assist with training new employees.
