Job summary

Eaze is a cannabis retailer operating stores in Florida. The in-store Keyholder role focuses on promoting and selling products, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This position includes opening and closing the store, cash handling, and training new staff.

Responsibilities include POS operation, inventory tasks, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean, compliant store environment. Any weekend or holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store is preferred but not required.
• Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, and retail is valuable.
• Reliable, punctual, dependable and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products, delivering high levels of customer service.
• Open and close the store as a keyholder.
• Assist customers in-store, on the phone, and process online orders.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and update signage and pricing.
• Support management in training new employees.
• Uphold compliance with policies and MED standards.
