2nd and Charles in Conroe, TX is seeking a Keyholder to act as a limited Manager on Duty, ensuring store security and supporting the management team.

The role leads category teams, maintains merchandising and cleanliness, handles customer issues, and trains associates, while communicating store updates through daily briefs and meetings. Strong communication and frontline leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a supervisor role.
• 18 years of age or older; background screenings completed.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes profits and customer service by leading the category team and adhering to policies.
• Operates the store as a limited Manager On Duty with the management team.
• Maintains store security as a key-holding member of management.
• Maintains category merchandising, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Maintains stock levels within the monthly budget and cadence.
• Audits buyback and ensures policies are followed throughout the day.
• Ensures high levels of customer service and resolves complaints.
• Trains and develops Associates and facilitates cross-training.
• Facilitates effective communication via daily briefings and meetings.
• Drops off bank deposits and handles change orders as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
