• Delivers omni-channel shopping experiences through service execution.
• Manages opening/closing procedures and daily store operations.
• Trains and onboards new hires to maintain standards.
• Maintains visual standards, stock levels, and markdowns with partners.
• Fosters teamwork and open communication to achieve store objectives.
