Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a Key Carrier at Marshalls, Sandy, UT. This role alternates between Coordinator and Key Carrier duties, including leadership responsibilities and ensuring store operations meet standards.

You will provide strong customer service, coach associates, and act as Manager on Duty while maintaining coverage and executing the store plan. A flexible schedule and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Open availability including nights and weekends.
• 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience.
• Proven problem solving and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to policy and procedure.
• Coaches and provides feedback to associates; ensures tasks align with store plan.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage to ensure service levels.
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and drives safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
